Privacy policy
Updated: 8 October 2026. Operator: Endrix30. Contact: contact@rythmo-bille.com.
This policy covers the Android game and its website, rythmo-bille.com (also reachable at rythmo-bille.netlify.app).
Accounts and online features
Online play uses a player identifier, nickname, avatar, scores, rankings, match results and shared levels. Linking an email address is optional; the address is used for authentication and account recovery. Public profile information, rankings and published levels are visible to other players. Multiplayer exchanges the selected level transcription and game information such as movement, scores and equipped cosmetics.
Netlify hosts the game and server endpoints. Supabase provides authentication, online storage and multiplayer services. They receive the data needed for these functions and technical connection information, including IP addresses. An internet connection is required.
Imported files and local data
Imported music files are processed on your device to create levels. Sharing or publishing a level transfers its transcription and metadata, rather than the original audio file. Levels, cached audio, preferences, progression and match history may be stored locally. Clearing app data can remove these records. The game uses the system file picker; it does not request microphone, camera or precise GPS access.
Android advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob and Google's consent tools. Version 0.4.3 uses a banner outside gameplay; older test releases included interstitial and rewarded formats.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers, including advertising identifiers. These support advertising, performance measurement and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate approximate location. Consent options depend on your region. Where available, game settings include advertising privacy choices.
Google privacy policy. Hosting and advertising providers apply their own retention policies. External libraries and fonts may also require technical network requests.
Website advertising and purchases
AdSense approval is pending; the website does not currently load AdSense display ads. Paid products are not currently enabled. This policy will be updated before these services are activated.
Retention and deletion
Online records are retained to provide the account, rankings and shared-level features until removed through the applicable deletion process. Local data remains on your device until you clear it. To request account deletion, use our account deletion page or contact contact@rythmo-bille.com. Account ownership must be verified. The request covers the online account, profile, associated scores and published levels. Transcriptions already saved by other players may remain in their local collections. The automated in-app deletion service is not currently active; the manual support request route is available.
Children, public text and moderation
Android version 0.4.3 no longer asks for age, queries Google Play Age Signals or verifies a guardian email to unlock nicknames and titles. Previous local parental settings are cleared on update. Nicknames and level titles are customizable for all players. A local filter rejects selected prohibited terms and common obfuscations, email addresses, phone-like digit sequences and links. Database triggers enforce the public profile and published level filter. The filter is not exhaustive and does not reliably identify real names or street addresses. The app reminds players not to use their full name or contact details.
Public profiles and community levels can be reported. Reporting transmits the reporter's authenticated account ID, target player/level ID and a selected category to Supabase. The server records the current public label, timestamp and review status. Reports are visible only to the project administrator; they are not automatically published or used to delete content. The administrator reviews reports and can rename a player or hide a published level. No original music file is uploaded with a transcription, and private source filenames are removed from shared level packets. Previous verified guardian authentication records, if any, can be deleted by contacting support; the update does not delete remote accounts.
Payments do not require an application parental PIN. Google Play applies purchase approval settings configured for its family account. All Android players receive the same child-directed, under-age-of-consent advertising treatment and G maximum ad content rating. The app removes the advertising ID permission. Advertising remains an identified banner outside gameplay; interstitial, rewarded and revival ads remain unavailable. Paid products remain disabled on the server. Text filters and reporting do not constitute certification of legal or Google Families compliance.
